When do my monthly limits reset?
On Free, your 1 agreement and 3 AI Advisor requests start again on the 1st of each month, UTC. On Pro and Elite, they start again with each billing period.
What counts as an agreement?
Each agreement you create uses 1 from your plan when you press Create agreement, not before. Signing an agreement someone sent you uses none of yours, and the person you invite never pays to read, sign or keep their copy.
What happens to my records if I cancel?
They stay in your account, and your own record, PDF and certificate stay free on every plan, Free included. When the paid period ends, new agreements follow Free's limits.
Can I get a refund?
Section 6 of the Terms of Service says: "Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law."
What currency are the prices in?
US dollars (USD), for every plan and every $1 extra agreement or anchor.
