Un accordo per piccoli lavori richiede cinque cose scritte: ambito ed esclusioni, prezzo e pagamenti, preventivo e approvazione delle varianti, inizio e fine e somme dovute se si interrompe prima. Un messaggio basta per un piccolo lavoro?

Un messaggio e un sì registrano quanto detto senza affidarsi alla memoria. Il valore ulteriore dipende da luogo e testo e TrustChain non fa affermazioni al riguardo. Invii la versione breve, conservi la risposta e per lavori maggiori entrambe le parti possono firmare lo stesso testo su TrustChain.

Devo chiedere un acconto?

Decide Lei e il modello ha spazio: importo prima dell’inizio e termine di restituzione dell’acconto non usato. Le regole variano: verifichi con ufficio edilizio locale o professionista prima di fissarlo.

E se il cliente vuole lavori extra?

Scriva l’extra in una nota prima di iniziare: aggiunta, costo, effetto sulla fine e richiesta di conferma scritta. «Changes» dice lo stesso: preventivo prima degli extra e originale mai modificato.

Chi richiede il permesso?

La persona indicata da entrambi. «Permits» nomina chi richiede permessi e prenota ispezioni e come si addebitano le spese. Necessità del permesso e soggetti abilitati vanno chiesti all’ufficio edilizio locale.
